It is so easy to get caught up in researching things endlessly. The problem is that research alone is worthless when we are talking about getting in better shape. Action is required and there is no other way. You are not going to manifest yourself a better body no matter how much you want to.
You either move or you don’t. If you want to get in better shape start moving TODAY!
Start out with something very easy – walking.
Set your alarm on your phone to go off every hour. Put it on vibrate or turn the volume down so low you can barely hear it – but where you can still hear it enough for it to get your attention.
Every hour get up and walk around your office or workplace, or home – where ever you are at. Don’t make it so complicated that you will never do it – and that’s why this works. Every hour – just get up and move. If you need an excuse, go to the restroom – wash your hands, and walk back to your desk or work station.
When you park at a store or at work – park further away and walk. When you get home, walk around the perimeter of your property and look at your home. Enjoy being outside and getting some fresh air and moving.
Keep it simple – but start moving every day.
